Setting Up
Utilities
The first step in settling in is completing the online application process. If you are moving in with a roommate or spouse, they will need to submit a separate application. This can be done either online or at a computer station in our office.
Move-In
Concerns
Our dedicated maintenance team works hard to prepare each unit for your arrival. However, since they can’t experience the unit as a resident would, we encourage you to take note of any concerns once you’ve settled in.
After a few days, if there are any issues, you can call our office or submit a “Move-In Concerns” service request through our online portal, and we’ll address them promptly. Tip: When making a service request, either by phone or online, please submit only one request per unit, listing all the concerns you would like resolved.


Rent
Payments
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a $50 late fee applied if payment isn’t made by the 5th. To make rent payments easy and timely, you can pay online through the Resident Portal. For those who prefer other payment methods, Cash Pay locations are available. Please contact our office to set up an account and find out the nearest Cash Pay locations.
